Marjorie Senet may be a New Hampshire native, but she’d be right at home singing on the stage of the Grand Ole Opry. Formerly of The Trashpickers, Marjorie released her first solo album, Suitcases and Trashbags in September 2019. Her efforts were enough to grab the #2 spot on Folk New Hampshire’s Top 10 Albums of 2019.
We invited Marjorie and her band (The Broken-Home Boys) to play a couple for us in front of the faux wood paneling. Check out the resulting video for her song, “How Lonesome Feels”. Featured in the video are several familiar faces including Jake Davis on lap steel, John Webb on lead guitar, Joey Kenny on bass, and Eben Hearn on drums.
