Folk New Hampshire’s Monthly Concert Series
“First Folk’n Tuesdays” is Folk New Hampshire’s live monthly concert series. Starting on November 5th, 2019, WSCA Radio’s Button Factory Stage in Portsmouth will host live concerts every month. The series will feature live performances by some of the state’s best folk, Americana, bluegrass, blues, and country singers, songwriters, and musicians.
“First Folk’n Tuesdays'” monthly mission is to introduce audiences to new and talented artists and to likewise expose artists to new and enthusiastic audiences. The concert series will serve as a rare opportunity to showcase the artists first and foremost and bring the working musician and their craft directly into the spotlight. The series aims to help foster community in the local folk music scene and to help promote artists throughout the state. The Button Factory Stage’s intimate setting offers all of the makings of a world-class performance space: a cozy stage, red curtain backdrop, stage lighting, and a fully-equipped sound system.
Concerts start at 7pm and typically last an hour and a half. Admission is by donation, so give what you can to help support the amazing local talent that New Hampshire has to offer.
Join us on the first Tuesday of every month for an intimate evening with some of New Hampshire’s amazing artists and songwriters.
